Sanjay DrabuPresident & CFOSanjay Drabu founded Pacific Ventures Pvt Ltd in Y2K with the vision of helping businesses make cost effective offshoring decisions for their non-core business procersses. He serves Pacific as Chairman of its Board of Directors. Known for his excellent project execution skills, he takes personal onus of ensuring the overall satisfaction of client deliverables from his India Centre of Excellence to Pacific's global clients. He also works in a customer advisory role, and is the company's primary evangelist for the "Best Practices of an BPO Enterprise”. Under his leadership, Pacific grew to become a market leader in the healthcare outsourcing services domain. His dynamic team of employees is one of the most experienced and highly educated workforces in the business. Previously he was co-founder and CFO of Innovators Infotech Limited, an IT infrastsructure management services company. Prior to which he had very strategic stints with global technology majors. Sanjay, who graduated an MBA programme in 1989 has been struggling of late to find time to get started in Golf, maybe he will be on the amateur circuit one day. |
| Vivek GaurCEOVivek Gaur co-founded Pacific Ventures along with Sanjay and has a wealth of experience in managing people, projects, and operations across financial services, technology consulting, and Outsourcing. With over 15 years of extensive experience and fortitude for unraveling uncharted territory, Vivek plays an important role in formulating the business strategies and managing the organization dynamics for Pacific. He directs the Business Development, Organization Structuring, and Quality Management Systems to steer the organization towards achieving its corporate Goals. He has been instrumental in building strategic partnerships and a strong and prestigious customer base for Pacific in a short span of time. He has played an active role in formulating the operational policy, One Team, One Goal, Zero surprises. He had initiated numerous activities to achieve process excellence, and to enhance the quality of talent in the company. He continues to inspire his team with a vision of excellence and leverage Pacific's domain expertise in the Healthcare and financial BPO sector to become a leader in this space. | Kumar ShwetabhExecutive Vice PresidentAs an Executive Vice President of Pacific, Kumar Shwetabh is responsible for all aspects of business including business development, client relations management, operations management, training & transition, quality management and Profit and Loss (P/L) management of the organization. Kumar is a veteran of US healthcare outsourcing industry and has lead and managed large healthcare outsourcing engagements of hundreds of employees and multi-million dollar in revenues in his past assignments. His strengths include designing and implementing cost effective outsourcing solutions for healthcare industry, managing large multi location operations, client relationship management, business process reengineering and optimization to maximize organization’s and client’s profit and business development. Prior to joining Pacific, Kumar was Executive VP with G.E. USA, Inc. - a large healthcare outsourcing consultancy and advisory firm based in San Francisco and was managing the outsourcing activities between several US based hospitals and clinics and their outsourcing partners in India, Philippines and other parts of the world. His other leadership positions in healthcare outsourcing industry include Associate V.P. of a multi location, very large medical billing company headquartered in New York and Director of Globerian, one of the first medical coding and billing companies of India, now a subsidiary of Salt Lake City, Utah based Mediconnect Global. Kumar has also worked for a Connecticut, US based Fortune 100 health insurance company and successfully migrated and set-up their offshore claims processing and help-desk unit in India. Shwetabh is an active member of healthcare related associations of the US and is an active participant of healthcare trade shows in the US like HFMA, HBMA, MGMA and RBMA. He was also an honorary editor of a very prestigious US based healthcare magazine. Due to his invaluable contribution to the BPO industry, Shwetabh was profiled by The BPO Times magazine as one of the most promising BPO leaders of India. Shwetabh received his Bachelors in Information Technology from Utkal University, India and is an MBA in Marketing & Finance. |
| Vivek BahriEVP & Chief Quality OfficerVivek Bahri is Executive Vice President and Chief Quality Officer at Pacific. Vivek oversees process competence creation, technology direction, SLA compliance and transition strategies for Pacific's practices for healthcare industry. As the leader of Pacific Labs, a unique corporate investment in process reengineering, Bahri aids in building well-informed teams on best practices, giving Pacific a competitive edge. In this role, Bahri spends one-on-one time with the Top-50 leaders at Pacific on their 'personal-professional' issues to expand leadershipcapacity and build readiness for making Pacific a metric driven gold standard company. In addition, Bahri works at the grassroots by makinghimself available to its 15 Communities of Practice that foster organizational learning, innovation and volunteerism within the organization. Previously Bahri was Vice President and headed the quality function at Centrica's India Operations (better know as British Gas). Prior to which, he worked with Fidelity (erstwhile eFunds) for over five years in Indian and US, where he headed the operations in the Payments Vertical serving over 300 banks across USA. He also had very successful stints with Hewlett Packard (HP) and China Trust Commercial Bank. Vivek Bahri is a CFA and holds an MBA from the XLRI. He is a Six-Sigma Black Belt and his hobbies include trekking, yoga and meditation. |
| Piyush JainHead of Advisory BoardPiyush Jain heads the advisory panel at Pacific. He has over 20 years of experience in the global health care industry. He steers the company’s strategy and corporate development efforts, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and global expansion partnerships. He leads corporate efforts like intellectual property (IP) licensing, venture capital, and partnerships. His focus also include customer intelligence and corporate affairs. At Pacific, he has been working to chart the company’s roadmap and has been ensuring that the company continues to build on its leadership in innovation and growth. He is on the board of several companies and is the chairman of the board at Uneecop technologies Ltd, where he has established successful alliances with technology majors like including SAP, Canon, Sony and Wipro. Piyush is a workaholic and an avid golfer. |
